Let us welcome new families into your school, daycare center or care center.
Our tour will allow new and potential families to virtually walk through and familiarize themselves with their new surroundings without having to leave the comfort of their own home. They can visit the various spaces indoors and outdoor all through your online 3D tour.

Process and Timeline…

1.) We would start by scheduling a date and time. This would be preferable during daylight hours, allowing for the best lighting. For educational facilities the site visit would be done outside of school hours preferable over the weekend however if needed we could also do it after school.
2.) Prior to scan day we will need to do a brief discussion of areas that would be included as well as closed to the public. Areas such as the personal offices would be seen but the public would not be able to enter as part of the walk through. You could also have a closed door that could be labeled as a certain space. An example of that would be something like the admissions office.
3.) One of our qualified technician would visit the site depending on size it would be one or two of our team members. Completion time vary from location to location and is all depending on the size and detail required.
On average 10000 square foot space will take you an average of 2 hours.
3.) Once we completed the scan we would upload it to Matterport which is our processing company. At this time any labeling or tags would be added to your tour. Processing, compilation and turn around of each 3D tour normally take 5-7 business days depending on size and detail required.
4.) A link will be sent to you via e-mail which you will be able to connect directly to your website or send out to individuals for personal viewing. These links can be password protected.
5.) Links are active for 1 year. A link renewal form will be sent out 30 days prior the expiry date of your link. Extended 2 year links can be arranged.
